Auto Accessory Solution’s – Lifetime Installation Warranty
Thank you for choosing Auto Accessory, Solutions (hereinafter known as “AAS”), for your accessory installation. We pride ourselves in our workmanship and are pleased to provide this Lifetime Warranty for your satisfaction.
Please carefully read the terms and condition below to ensure that you understand this warranty
1. Commencement Date
This warranty applies to those installations of products and systems performed by AAS after 1st January 2017, where Lifetime Installation Warranty has been specified.
2. Warranty Summary
AAS guarantee that the workmanship of the AAS Installation will be free from defects for as long as you own it. Should an issue with the workmanship arise; AAS will fix the fault at no cost. AAS recommends regular maintenance of your accessory Installation, as deemed appropriate, to maximize the life of your system and to confirm all warranty conditions are being met.
3. Terms and Conditions
Proof of Purchase or a Tax Invoice from AAS is needed to initiate the warranty.
The warranty applies to the workmanship (labour component) of the installation and does not apply to any equipment installed.
The warranty only applies if the installed accessory system has been properly maintained according to the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and service as stipulated by AAS.
The client must make the system available for service during AASs’ normal business hours at the AAS premises (Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm)
The Lifetime Installation Warranty is for the benefit of the original Purchaser of the system. No rights or benefits will be given to any other third party.
Should a service technician find that the client has not met the conditions of the Lifetime Warranty, the client will have the option to have AAS repair the fault. Should the client request AAS to repair the fault, the client will be quoted AASs’ normal rates and a detailed written quote will be provided prior work commencing.
4. Limits to the Warranty
Warranty may be refused if the problem has resulted from:
- Misuse, neglect or accident;
- Inadequate electrical infrastructure or any other system or infrastructure not supplied and installed by AAS;
- Acts of nature including, but not limited to, flooding, storms, extremes in temperature, vermin or insects;
- Any modification to the system not authorized and conducted by AAS;
- Failure of the user to abide by any recommendations in the operating and servicing instructions for the system and related equipment;
- Exposure of the system to abnormally harsh or corrosive conditions, allowing foreign objects, including but not limited to, liquid, dirt or contaminants, to enter the products or system.
Auto Accessory Solutions is not liable for damage to other property caused by the system fault, loss of use of product, loss of time, commercial loss or any damages, whether real, incidental or consequential.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights expressed or implied within the jurisdiction of the state of Queensland.
If the component is supplied by the Client, then all claims regarding component quality and performance will be the responsibility of the Client.
Auto Accessory Solution sources the best for use quality components from reputable Distributors and Manufacturers, who typically provide consumer warranties for their product.
At the time of installation, you will be provided with the appropriate Component Warranty details. To ensure that you gain the maximum benefit, you need ensure that you are compliant with the terms and conditions of the Component Warranty
In the unlikely circumstances of a claim, Auto Accessory Solutions will cooperate with you to achieve a positive result from the component supplier.
